SRIKALAHASTI

sri kalahasti of today was once a dense forest.And there was a lingam in that forest a man is taking care of it for some reason he couldn't come othe pace and place gone very dirty and there came a hunter who saw these cleaned the place and gave meat as prasada.oneday by routine this hunter while doing the process the priest of the lingam came there and watched everything from a distance.suddenly one eyes of the lingam was pouring outbloo seeing this the hunter place his one eye there and after that other eye also got pouring of the
blood now having his legs in the statue he piercedhis eyes and placed in gods eye suddenly god appeared before him and gave him liberation he is considered as a nayanmar.he is called kannappa after this incident.this place is later forme into a temple and lot of pilgrimages coming for workship.this temple is also used as a place for raghu ,kethu priti place.

THIRUVARUR

Thiruvarur is a mukti stahalam it is beleived that those who born in thiruvarur will be liberated from birth and death cycle.thiruvarur is famous for its ratham.and a big tank and in the center of the tank was a small temple in which kamalamuniresides.Appar,sundarar,manika vasagar praisedthe sethram.

SRIRANGAM

Sri rangam was consider to be the head of vaishnavas.It is believed that the vishnu in this sethram came in a box in a fores and the king while doing some work got this ststue ad installed here.this temple is considered as a preti temple for sukran.ramanuja a grat vaishnava saint constructed this temple with great effort and also he was gone into jeeva samdahi in this place and even today the body is preserved in the temple primises itself and radiating peace in the area.andal also giving her grace in this temple.

KANYAKUMARI

kanyakumari is the end place of india in the south.kanyakumari is a the abode of kanya kumari deity and a big temple is constructed in the sea shore.lot attractions are there in the place one is vivekananda rock vivekananada was done a threeday tapas there in the rock which is located in the sea.in recent period thiruvalluvar statue was installed .the sun rise and sunset are famous in kanya kumari.

RAMESWARAM

rameswaram is the place of holy dip in sea .and pithru poojai is taking place in here people are coming from all over india to rameswaram to pay there final duty to there ancestors.ramanatha swami temple is a big temple and lot wells were dedicted to take a holy dip.

MADURAI MEENATCHI TEMPLE

Lot of historical stuffs were taken place in around madurai.once lord meenatchi was taken birth in madurai and meenatchi after get marriage lord shiva came and married meenatchi.vishnu and all deities arranged the marriage in memory of that  a meetachi amman temple was constructed .which is very big temple.one of the thiruvillaiyadal pittukku man suman tha kathai was taken place in this temple.and the poet nakkeran was got his shape from this temple tank pottramarai kullam.

SADURAGIRI

Saduragiri is a hilly forest area situated in the western ghats near rajapalayam .The hill is famous for its divinity presesnce.it is said to be a sangeevini hill.the hill top is the abode of sundaramahalingam .all the 18 siddhas are still visiting this hill in astral form and workship the god .every month no moon day is famous here .lot of herbs are in this hill.every body feels the divinity of this hill in one form or other.
